Five former Enron execs reindicted
They were tried together earlier only to have case end in a mistrial

Three streamlined indictments against five former executives of Enron's Internet business were issued by a special Enron grand jury Wednesday.

The five were tried together earlier this year for more than three months only to have the case end largely in a mistrial. The jury failed to either fully exonerate any one defendant or to find anyone guilty of anything.

U.S. District Judge Vanessa Gilmore already set 2006 dates for the expected trio of retrials for the five now accused of fewer charges in these superseding indictments...
